You’re not broken. Your body learned how to survive — and now it’s tired. You may feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in old emotional patterns even though you’ve “done the work.” This isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a nervous system that hasn’t felt safe yet.
My work centers on inner child healing and nervous system regulation. Together, we gently rebuild safety in the body so emotional patterns can soften and real change can take root - without forcing, bypassing, or overwhelming yourself. This work is slow, grounded, and deeply supportive — not overwhelming or performative. It’s about learning how to be with yourself in a new way.
